Meriland is a house opened to the world. A house, which is always ready to meet beautiful sunrises and sunsets, from which it is so comfortable to observe the sea, trees, sun, sky and stars. The feature of Meriland is a maximal using of panoramic glazing - its allows you to stay close the nature, enjoying an irreproachable comfort.
The height of one floor and the linear layout of the space provide an excellent ergonomics of movement. In the left wing there is a huge (96 m2) living room with the exit to the open terrace. Close to the living room there is a kitchen combined with the dining room, also equipped with a pantry. In the central part of the house, there is a master bedroom with a bathroom. In the right wing, there are two small cozy bedrooms with dressing rooms and bathrooms. The linear composition is closed by utility rooms and a laundry. Several guest bathrooms are also provided
The sunny house is surrounded by terraces: their total area is 154 m2. It is a perfect place for sunbathing, barbecues or children's games!
