Simple Tips
Why does the whole world listen to the Finns?
- Finns are world leaders in creating the most comfortable living environment for people. No other country has integrated homes and cities into nature so skillfully, thought through every detail so thoroughly, or built with such consistently high quality.
- Finns create some of the most comfortable and functional designs. Living in a country with limited sunlight, daylight and warmth, they have achieved outstanding results in master planning, positioning buildings on the site and arranging interior spaces.
- Finns have some of the most advanced technologies in the world. Building more country homes than almost anywhere else, often on rocky terrain and in harsh northern winters, they have accumulated exceptional knowledge, remarkable experience and craftsmanship.
Houses should be tested more thoroughly than cars
- A house is not something you simply have tailored, nor is it just another car purchase… You are embarking on the most important and most expensive project your family may ever undertake. Take it seriously, look for experts and do not rely on the opinions of random people.
- To make sure your house is high-quality, reasonably priced and does not turn into a never-ending construction project, Finland, for example, publishes easy-to-understand guides with practical advice that help people confidently take on building their own homes while easily evaluating the work of different construction companies.
- To make sure your home does not become an experiment — stay curious! Here, it is especially important to check everything and everyone before making decisions. That is why we regularly translate the most useful information from our Finnish guides and bring it together on our website.
Read our website — you will be grateful you did!
You will not find information like this anywhere else in Russia. It is the result of unique Finnish experience that has taken us decades and cost us considerable resources. We share it with you free of charge because, first of all, we are passionate about what we do — we are absolutely in love with our work, and our goal is to reach your heart and explain how things can be done better.
And secondly, like anyone who respects themselves and their country, we understand one simple thing:
We do not build houses only for ourselves — we are building our homeland!
Our website contains no ordinary, generic information that looks like everything else on the market. Every section offers practical advice and simple examples that will help you evaluate everything correctly, avoid serious mistakes, save a significant amount of money and even have the right first conversation with any construction company.
