The architect of this project is Seppo Mäntylä who specializes in the design of high-level residential buildings. And the modern Zaliv house was no exception - a luxurious one-level cottage. It fits perfectly into the natural landscape.
The spacious house has a bright kitchen-living room with double light, which offers a picturesque view, an office, four bedrooms and one master bedroom, a number of dressing rooms and bathrooms, a sauna, large terraces, a technical room and a covered parking area for two cars.
Thanks to the large glass surfaces, you can admire the surroundings fas much time as your heart desires. Besides that, the house is always filled with daylight. The right shapes, design solutions - every centimeter of the house stops the eyes on itself.
