The Record project is the triumph of minimalist architecture. It was designed by architect Seppo Mäntylä. The use of our brand Modern Corner angles highlights the purity of shapes and lines, and wooden and aluminum windows and Profin sliding doors are used for panoramic glazing.
This two-storey cottage will comfortably house even a large family. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a kitchen with a dining room (the total area is almost 100 m2), 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are several auxiliary rooms and storerooms, a big garage and a private spa complex with a swimming room, a sauna and a shower room. The first floor is occupied by a large bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom. Open terraces invite to a cozy tea party in the open air.
