Chalets in the Moscow region

In the Moscow region, the construction of a new LUMI POLAR house in the style of a chalet, with a total area of 553 m2 (a living area of 391 m2) is coming to an end. A one-storey house with a linear composition looks presentable and cozy. There will be a private spa complex with a Finnish sauna, a hammam and a swimming pool. It will have a spacious rest room (65,5 m2), two bathrooms and a shower room.

The house is built of pine timber with a cross-section of 205 x 275, using Modern Corner brand angles that ensure the purity of shapes and lines.

The house is equipped with Profin panoramic wooden and aluminum windows that provide the most reliable protection against bad weather and noise. Aluminum resists wind and moisture, while the air layer between the frames and the profile of glued-laminated pine timber provide warmth and comfort.

These windows have two distinctive features:

  1. The material we use is the butt-log part of a slowly growing pine of A1 class: its structure is extremely dense;
  2. The tree is sawn up in the direction of its fibers, without damaging them. A radial cutting best exhibits the beauty of the tree.

In the finishing of the base and the terraces, we use natural stone that makes the suburban chalet especially romantic. And there are three big terraces for resting, relaxation and meditation.
