Architect Seppo Mäntylä.
The story of this project is very interesting. The client’s wish was a house in modern style, but in cause of small size of the site, he cannot make a decision concerning future house’s size and exterior.
We offered a unique service: an architectural competition between our architects. The client checked their work on our website and selected three architects - one Italian and two Finnish - to participate in the competition. The task of architects was to create draft designs according to which it would be easier for the customer to make a choice.
The client chose the Finnish architect Seppo Mäntylä, who further developed the entire project.
If you also want to hold a competition between our architects - please kindly read the section on our website "Unique service: architect’s competition "on the section "Design".
Victory is a triumph of minimalist architecture. The project was designed by the architect Seppo Mäntylä. The purity of shapes and lines is emphasized here by Modern Corner – our special branded corners. For panoramic glazing, we used Finnish windows made from wood and aluminum and sliding doors.
This house with two floors will be suitable even for a large family. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room and kitchen-dining room (the total area is about 100 m2), three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are also several utility rooms and storage rooms, a large garage and a private spa complex with a swimming pool, sauna and shower. The second floor is reserved for a big bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom. Open terraces are perfect for cozy tea parties in the nature's lap.
