The Sanremo project is a Finnish country house with a basement and a swimming pool, which feature is the rigor of lines and laconic geometric shapes. The project of this wooden house was made by the Finnish architect Matti Iiramo. This house has everything to forget about the outside world for a while.
The house attracts with its solidity, large terraces and a balcony. This project is designed for a landscape with a sharp difference in levels and makes the most from this disadvantage of the site, turning it into a virtue. Taking into attention the topographic nuance, it was decided to combine the stone basement level with the first and second floors made of wood. This project is a good example of construction "in contrast". On the basement floor of the house there is a garage for two cars, a wine cellar, as well as a number of technical and utility rooms. Also the project includes: a kitchen, a dining room, a spacious living room of 47 m2, 3 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and dressing room, 4 WC, a balcony, a study combined with a library with access to the winter garden.
