The Universale house project was designed by Italian architect Fabiano Vidussi under the architectural competition. The concept of the house combines modern Italian style, ecological features, and a sense of open, transparent space, where nature literally flows inside.
The house has two floors and a total area of 1,347 sq. m. It is built using a combined construction technology: non-settling laminated log Nord Cross + Finnish thermo-blocks Concrette.
Unique architectural solutions
Indoor winter garden
A closed yet light-filled space with live plants connects the main areas of the house. It creates an atmosphere of privacy while remaining a part of the open architecture.
Reflection pool
A shallow decorative pool at the entrance reflects the house facade.
