It’s a modern house, designed by Finnish architect Matti Iiramo. The architecture is conservative and light at the same time: flat roof, picture windows, clear geometric lines. The house is built of glued laminated timber and thermoblocks, finished with natural stone.
There is no finishing on the facades, the timber has its natural look. The terrace is integrated into the landscape without any changes and face the forest. The house and nature are the one.
Load bearing structure — non-settling log Nord Cross and thermoblocks. The house has high energy efficiency.
