Architect Matti Iiramo.
Panorama is a combined one-storey house of a modern style with a total area of 384 m2, designed by the famous European architect Matti Iiramo for comfortable holidays.
It was designed as a weekend guest house where you can relax after golfing, spend a cozy evening with friends or just enjoy nature.
Situated on a sloping plot, this house is cleverly integrated into the landscape so as not to interfere with the main house. Thanks to its well-thought-out architecture, Panorama has its own cozy courtyard in front of the entrance, and the terraces are exposed to the evening sun.
Panorama is built of natural and modern materials, using a non-settling log Nord Cross and thermal blocks Concrette. It provides maximum durability. One of the walls is cladded with natural stone, creating match with the main house and giving the building an expressive character. The roof is made of steel sheets. Picture windows allow to enjoy beautiful views.
There are 2 bedrooms 14 m2 each and one master bedroom with a total area of 19 m2. A spa-zone with a sauna of 13 m2 and an exit to the terrace with a plunge pool. The terrace is hidden from prying eyes thanks to a retaining wall and thoughtful landscaping.
Terraces with pergolas create a perfect atmosphere for outdoor leisure. The total area of terraces and balconies is 152 m2.
The house Panorama is an ideal place where you can relax and enjoy nature with comfort.
