A laconic one-storey house, built near Helsinki. A spacious plot with a small slope is surrounded by forest. The windows of the main rooms overlook the courtyard and offer views of the picturesque landscape of the lake. The facades and interiors of the house are decorated in a single concept, close to the minimalist style.
The compact architectural volume includes all the rooms and functional areas necessary for a comfortable life. The house of the Finnish laminated veneer lumber was erected on a monolithic reinforced concrete roofing frame, the walls of glued logs.
On the first floor, in addition to the entrance area, there is a common space for the living room, dining room and kitchen with access to the terrace. 4 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The block of technical premises can be accessed both from the street and from the hallway.
