The project of a spacious and bright house Dzintari was developed by architect Ilya Kulik. He masterfully played with the shapes and volumes of buildings. The central part of the house is two-storey, and two one-storey wings are cut on the sides, where a swimming pool with a gym and a garage are . The house looks very modern and stylish due to the flat lines of roofs, weightless balcony fences, panoramic windows.
On the first level there is a huge kitchen-dining room - living room area of 77,8 m2, which will accommodate the largest company. The living room has a library and a wood-burning fireplace. Two large rooms can be used as guest rooms or offices. The house has a large dressing room, pantry, laundry room, two bathrooms. The relaxation area includes a swimming pool and sauna.
The second floor is private: it is a place for rest and relaxation. Three large bedrooms are equipped with bathrooms, and the library has another 47,7 m2 area. On both sides open access to the winter gardens, the third – on the terrace.
