Breakdance is a one-storey guest house with a spa complex, built from non-settling laminated log, was designed for a countryside. This house combines a comfortable guest space with a spa complex, creating the perfect place for relaxation and recreation. The house was designed by Italian architect. Its unique architecture has Scandinavian minimalism and Italian elegancy. If you already own a country house, the Breakdance guest house will be a perfect addition.
This house, with a total area of 540 sq. m, is built from Finnish non-settling log Nord Cross. Thanks to vertically glued lamellas made from Arctic coniferous trees, it does not shrink, ensuring stability and durability. The Modern Corner technology (corners without cross-cut joints) gives the house a contemporary look.
Every detail of the layout has been meticulously planned to ensure maximum comfort without compromising functionality or aesthetics. At the heart of the house is the living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen and dining area. This central space is 69 sq. m with ceilings of 4 m high. Picture aluminum windows erase the boundary between the interior and the surrounding nature. The SPA area includes: a sauna (21 sq. m), a hammam (14 sq. m), а massage room (14 sq. m), а bar and a spacious relaxation area (33 sq. m). A 141 sq. m open terrace with lounge chairs is connected to the relaxation area, creating a unified spa space full of fresh natural air.
In living spaces there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and a bathroom, ensuring that every guest feels like at home. The master bedroom (23 sq. m) has entrance to the terrace.
