New Lumi Polar project in avant-garde style
Our new house in avant-garde is being constructed in Moscow Podmoskovye (literally “around/near Moscow”). In the design competition for the best project the first place was taken by Seppo Mäntylä. During the construction Seppo was visiting the site for the architectural supervision of the project. This two-storey house designed in an elegant minimalist style includes parking lot and sauna with the pool. Enlarged glazing area offers a picturesque view to the nature. The bedrooms are located on the second floor and the kitchen-dining room-living room – on the first floor. Keep an eye on the news and reports from the construction site!
