Sea view house

In the Sochi town the nights are always down but not as our new house up on the bank - it is as always bright and spacious. It is located on a high bank overlooking the sea and is very curiously inscribed in the landscape – from the street side you see a one-storey house, but if you look from the steep plot side you can see two “ground” floors planned by the architect for garage and parking.

The total area of the house is 160 m2 from which 72 m2 is living area. In the private part there spacious living room is combined with the kitchen so the representative zone area totals in 59,6 m2. Panoramic windows allow you to fully enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature, and if you want to breathe in fresh sea air, you just simply walk out to the 60-meter terrace. The owners of the house love to meet guests so much that they desided to buid a compact guest house with a total area of 70 m2 with a small terrace. The interior was designed in a simple yet impeccable Scandinavian eco style.
