Credo with a sea view

LUMI POLAR`S geography is expanding! Our new modern house Credo 210, breakin 10.000 km2, arrived from Finland to the very east of Russia and is being assembled in Vladivostok. Its owners can enjoy the stunning views of the Amur Bay every day.

The architect of this project – Matti Iiramo – has created a practical and concise solution – one floor, maximum glass, maximum light, a huge terrace and glass railings. The total area of the house is 249 m2 with a living area of 170 m2. Living area includes three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living-dining room, a dressing room, hallway and two bathrooms. This house in Finnish minimalism style organically fits to the seaside landscape. A complex terrain will be decorated with stone terraces.
