The house project is constructed in a modern style and successfully combines the latest trends. The constructive solutions provide accommodation for 4-5 people.
The entire first floor is a gorgeous SPA complex with a swimming pool and a gym.
On the second floor, there is a recreation area with a living living room, kitchen and home theater spacious, where you can have a great time with the whole family and receive guests. The third floor space contains 3 bedrooms with a dedicated dressing room and a suite bathroom. The cleverly thought out layout is completed by a spacious library and access to the balcony from bedrooms.
