«Polar snow» - this is how the name Lumi Polar translated from Finnish. This image - a symbol of the purity and whiteness of the surrounding winter nature in the real world in the form of wonderful wooden houses.

Natural wood tones of the external architecture naturally fit into the surrounding landscape, and the stylish, light interior design is aesthetically close to our customers, because most of them choose houses from our snow-white Finnish spruce.

In our houses you can forget about the cold. We are creating “impenetrable” houses with increased energy efficiency and heat resistance. The construction of the house in Finland under this project is already at the final stage. The process of building such a residential structure is unique. The foundation of this house was laid during the long polar nights of January, and the construction began in February, as We, the Finns, during the construction don't depend on the time of day or weather conditions.

Designed in 3D, then sawn to the millimeter accuracy wooden structures with perfect geometry, ensuring high-quality assembly without gaps were used in this project. Despite the fact that the house is guaranteed 100% tightness, it will be easy to breathe in it, as natural wood has the unique ability to control the temperature and maintain optimal humidity in the house for health.

Finnish «climat control» technology allows you to install large windows with panoramic windows that harmoniously fit into the interior. Even in the northern latitudes, such a house will be provided with light all day and night long.
