We finish building our new Michigan 499 house in the Moscow region. This is a luxury house in minimalist style that can lodge even a very large family. Its total area with terraces and balconies is 653 m2, and its living area is 499 m2. Panoramic glazing provides excellent insolation of rooms, and an outdoor terrace invites to a tea party in the open air.
The interior of the house is the world of rest and relaxation. On the ground floor, there is a swimming pool of 67 m
2, a sauna, a vapour bath, showers and two bathrooms. A spacious living room of 49 m
2 is separated from the kitchen-dining room. There are wardrobes and storerooms. A home cinema room will be a favorite place for all the family.
On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, a children's playroom, a study, three bathrooms, a dressing room and two balconies on the different sides of the house. And how nice it is to listen to the singing of morning birds or enjoy the evening silence!
