The two-storey house Kalinka is a modern interpretation of a village.
This house with a total area of 248 m2 is located on the picturesque riverbank, in a historic place with rich history. It was designed especially for artists and creative people who find their inspiration in a harmony with nature. Here, among the centuries-old apple trees, the atmosphere of a true village has been preserved, enriched with comfort and architectural expressiveness.
The two-storey house Kalinka isdesigned with respect for the surrounding village style, but with modern solutions integration. The facade faced to the street is designed in a classicstyle with carved decoration and four windows. Another side of the house which faces the river is built in fachwerk style. Large windows create the effect of a completefusion with nature, while spacious terraces made of thermo wood allow you to enjoy views to the water.
The house is built of non-settling log Nord Cross, it creates increased construction durability and comfort indoor climate.
The roof is covered with steel sheet sand has a pitch angle of 33 degrees. As the site has a slope a pile foundation was used so it ensures the reliability of the structure.
The architectural solutions for the Kalinka house are based on a detailed analysis of the surrounding landscape, solar activity and wind diagram. The layout of the house and its windows are designed to maximize natural light during the day and protect against strong gusts of wind. Morning light fills the bedrooms on the first floor, creating a soft, awakening atmosphere.
The daytime sun illuminates the living room through the upper windows, making the interior airy and bright. The sunset rays penetrate into the second floor lounge area, creating the perfect place for an evening relaxation. Large terraces on the south side are protected from overheating, and the roof with well-thought-out overhangs provides shade in summer.
On the first floor, there is an open living room with an area of 20m2, dining room (20 m2), two bedrooms (12 m2 each) for residents or guests. There are two bathrooms and a utility room (laundry room + boiler room). Spacious entrance area with storage space.
Second floor (an attic) - a cozy lounge area with a picture window, ideal for reading orcreative work. There is also a home office - a place for thought and solitude. Spacious master bedroom of 20 m2 with access to the balcony and river view. Largebathroom with natural light.
The owner of the house was inspired by ancient cities. Here, in the orchard, there is no bustle of a big city, but only clean air, a peaceful view to the river and a creative atmosphere.
