Elegance by Massimo & Lumi Polar

One of the significant projects of Lumi Polar is the Elegance project, implemented jointly with the top-level architect Massimo Iosa Ghini.

Since 1985 Massimo has been involved in the avant-garde of Italian design, in the Bolidismo group, of which he is the founder.

He has worked on projects for huge international groups such as: Ferrari, Capital Group, IBM Italia and many others.

His design and architectural projects have received important mentions, such as the award - Compasso D'Oro ADI as well as numerous other awards. The year 2015 was rich in significant events for the famous architect, for example, one of his retail concepts – KIKO MILANO won the BEST RETAIL GLOBAL EXPANSION category at MAPIC, and on April 25 of the same year, the Marconi Foundation and the Marconi Institute of Creativity awarded him the Marconi Prize for Creativity - in recognition of his creative abilities.

Together with a world-class architect, we have implemented an interesting Elegance project.

And it is interesting with its area of 1000 sq.m. and number of floors – one floor.

The task was not easy, it was necessary to create such a building so that it was perceived as a single whole.

And we decided to make it in the "L" shape, a lot of attention was paid to the orientation of the house. The public areas are located in the south-western part of the house and the other wing is used for private areas - the master bedroom and other rooms

No matter from what degree you look at the house, you see it differently, always amazing and not trivial.
