Childhood in rhythm with ecology
Children are sensitive to their environment, this is why, the spaces where they live from birth, starting from the children's room to the school, should be comfortable and safe, and should also help the child to develop.
Below the list of criteria that construction of modern public buildings for children should meet:
- availability of places for rest and games,
- an opportunity for creative work,
- places for walks,
- and, of course, creative decoration of the interior and facades.

In Finland, such buildings are designed by architects in collaboration with educators and psychologists to create better conditions for the younger generation.
An example is the creation of a Finnish-Russian school in the urban district of Kaarela, located in the west of Helsinki.
This institution of secondary education is designed for 700 students. A bright, comfortable modern study space will be built of wood, taking into account environmental requirements. One of the largest wooden schools in Finland will hospitably open its doors in August 2021.
Not only in the main city of the country, but also everywhere in Finland, people build spaces for children to spend time together (games and studies) from natural wooden timber, inside which there are no conditions for the life of microbes and the formation of mold. Inside the building of this natural material, whether it is a kindergarten or a school, it is comfortable at any time of the year.
The health of the Finnish children is getting better, and children’s development is becoming much more harmonious. Kids quickly calm down, and educational stress in decreases.
Thanks to the latest surveys of children and parents, the well-being improves in buildings made of wooden timberr: the level of allergies and asthma is reduced, breathing is facilitated.
