Sandy Guest House is a small one-story Finnish house designed for a small family. A small area reduces energy consumption, and the heat-saving technologies of Finnish windows provide low costs for subsequent operation. The designer carefully took care of the details and appearance, therefore, despite the simplicity and small dimensions, the house looks elegant.
The very light facade with an organically integrated terrace looks modern, giving the house a sense of comfort and security. The living area of the house is very functional, with a well-designed interior. Thanks to minimization, it was possible to get quite spacious and easy to equip the rooms. There is everything to make a happy family place for the newlyweds or to have full living conditions for unexpected guests.
The common area consists of a comfortable living room with a large table and an open kitchen.
The personal area is a comfortable bedroom.
An important place in the house is a real Finnish sauna with a shower.
The house will suit both modern couples who keep up with the times, and people who value traditional but luxurious living conditions.
