A one-story house in a modern Rock and Roll style sets the right rhythm of life. Its simple and concise forms sound dynamic thanks to the play of light and shadow, light and dark shades of facades, and delightful finishing details. An incendiary dance or a lyrical ballad-Rock and Roll accurately follows the mood of its inhabitants, providing all the opportunities for an active life, meet ups with friends, relaxation or romance under the starry sky.
The central volume of the building is occupied by a representative area: a second-light living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. Behind them, two square bedrooms with bathrooms are comfortably located. The entrance hall separates this part from the left wing, in which there is a large master bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom, a spacious gym, a bathroom and a wardrobe. The composition closes with a garage for two cars and apartments for staff.
In the right wing there is a compact home office, which can be used as a library or a guest bedroom, a laundry room, technical rooms and a spa area with a sauna.
Several cozy terraces surrounding the house are an ideal place to meet the sunrise or sunset, children's games and gatherings over a fragrant barbecue.
