It’s a house for people enjoying meetings with friends, concentrated work and music. Panoramic windows provide reliable protection from the weather, leaving you the opportunity to admire the surrounding nature at any time of the day, while the private areas are sheltered from the outsiders.
With original architecture, the facades of the house look very stylish with any finishing - plain or contrasting, light or dark.
The main part of the ground floor area is reserved for a large living-dining room (83 m), which is completed with a mini-stage. It is an elegant and convenient solution for creative people - here you can play music and even play performances for the public. In the left wing of the house, there are utility rooms: a kitchen with a pantry and a wine cabinet, a dressing room and a bathroom, a boiler room and a laundry room.
The second floor is private: a large bedroom (24 m2) with a balcony, comfortable study, two spacious dressing rooms and a relaxing area with a hammam.
A small covered terrace is a place for meditation or outdoor recreation. For barbecue parties there is a special outdoor area.
