Amigo is a one-storey house project, built in fachwerk style. It has technical basement and 3 terraces. the Fiord project, designed by Finnish architect Matti Iiramo was taken as a basis for the project Amigo.

The house is built of non-settling log (the highest-grade wood 205 x 260 mm) using the Nord Cross technology.

The total area of the house - 439 sq.m. At the central part of the house there is a combined kitchen (17 sq.m), a dining room (10 sq.m) and a guest room (18 sq.m.) area with the entrance to the terrace of 57 sq.m.

A spa zone (81 sq.m.) with the swimming pool, rest area and bathroom adjoins the guest room.

The private zone includes:
— master bedroom 25 sq.m. with a bathroom (12 sq.m.) and a walk-in wardrobe (11 sq.m);
— bedroom 25 sq.m.;
— home office 19 sq.m² (might be used as a third bedroom);
— second walk-in wardrobe 6 sq.m;
— laundry room 12 sq.m.

The house is surrounded by terraces on three sides, which create rest zones in the sun, in shadow, by the swimming pool.

The swimming pool in installed to the stone part of the house. The construction was designed given the high level of ground water. Blocks CONCRETTE were used and reinforced waterproofing installed, also load and water pressure calculations have been made.

Electric boilers are used for central heating systems, it is possible to use underfloor heating system.

The roofing pie is designed for the region's hard weather conditions: 400 mm of a rock wool, vapor- waterproofing membrane DELTA, double battens of under-roof ventilation and ceramic Spanish tiles. The structure is resistant to strong winds.

The interiors of the Amigo continue the logic of the external architecture – pure geometry, natural materials and Scandinavian modesty. High ceilings and picture windows emphasize the spaciousness. A combination of the chalet style with its warm wood and open structures and the fachwerk style, where the house has the rhythm of the supporting elements are used for the house Amigo.

The outside of the timber is covered with natural OSMO oil - an environmentally friendly composition that only emphasizes the color and texture of the wood. The interior is finished with imitation log, which has the same profile as the timber. Wood-aluminum windows with panoramic portals HST in the colour "moire" open the exit to the terrace in one movement. The living areas have practical and warm floor materials that preserve the naturalness of the interior and do not require complex maintenance.
