The ultra-modern Randevu is made of non-settling Finnish spruce timber, has an expressive exterior. A clear geometry is used in this project, warm tones are ideally combined with cold ones, wide glazing allows the sun's rays to freely enter the rooms, filling them with daylight, and spacious terraces are full-fledged functional areas.

The total area of the house is 698 m2, on the ground floor there is: a hall, a dressing room, four bedrooms, an office, a games room, bathrooms, W/C, a laundry room, a sauna, exits to the terrace, and a garage for two cars. The uniqueness of the project is in the location of a spacious bright living room combined with a kitchen and access to a balcony on the second floor, thanks to this solution, breakfasts and evening gatherings with friends will become even more beautiful, because the second floor offers an impeccable view! Also, the second floor includes a bedroom with a balcony, its own dressing room, bathroom, W/C.

The attractive appearance of the Randevu house and the ergonomic interior layout make it stand out from many other projects, thereby making it unique.
