An outstanding project by architect Ilya Kulik. How harmoniously it combines glued timber, natural stone and glass, which makes the house look stylish and clearly stands out against the background of others. Thanks to the large glass surfaces, including dormer windows on the gable roof, daylight in the house will be more than enough.

The ground floor of the house we have a spacious two-light living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, guest rooms, a master bedroom, a SPA zone, a sauna, a garage for two cars and a winter garden. On the second floor there are two nurseries with their own bathrooms and dressing rooms. Ranch Rock looks great in both light and dark shades and can be made in both. The architect designed a large parking lot at the house, including a covered one for two cars, which is undoubtedly a great advantage. In the outdoor recreation area in the yard of the house, you can enjoy spending time enjoying the sun during the day and gather the whole family for cozy evenings.
