A two-storey house with the name Leader trully justifies its name. It impresses with its volume, spacious open terraces and modern style that attracts the attention. Panoramic windows visually lighten massive facades, and allow maximum use of the sun's rays for living spaces. The highlight of the project is the 224 m2 pool, with the roof with transparent fences above it. A full sized basement is also provided.

The main entrance is located in the southern part of the house, additional exits from the living room and pool are also provided. On the ground floor there is a double-light zone of the kitchen-dining room-living room (172 m2), some utility rooms, and a place of relax: sauna, hammam, pool, relaxation area.

Second floor - private area. There is a master bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom, and two additional bedrooms (one is also equipped with a bathroom). The convenient square shape and the impressive dimensions of the rooms (28, 24 and 26 m2) make it possible to organize a comfortable and cozy space for relaxation.

In the decor of terraces and niches were used metal panels and panels of impregnated battens. The contrast of light silk timber and dark finishing gives the house a special effect and sophistication.
