Kare is a compact house of two floors for a small family. The size of the house is 203 m2. The laconic composition of the project looks like two cubes cut into each other and completed by a cozy covered terrace. Slightly sloping roofs and windows of different sizes make the appearance of the house expressive and unusual.

Despite of the small area, Kare provides everything for comfort and relaxation. On the ground floor, there is a living room (17 m2) and a spacious kitchen combined with dining room (26.7 m2), a bedroom with a bathroom (the room can be used as a children's or guest bedroom), a dressing room, a utility room and a bathroom. The dining area is easily enlarged: just step will guide you to the large terrace, where there is enough space for all guests.
