House on the Lake 1000

One of the significant projects of Lumi Polar is the project - House on the Lake, designed in collaboration with the top-level architect Massimo Iosa Ghini.

Since 1985, Massimo has been at the forefront of Italian design, in the Bolidismo Group, of where he is the founder. He has worked on projects for important international companies such as Ferrari, Capital Group, IBM Italia and many others. His design and architectural projects have received important mentions such as the Compasso D'Oro ADI award, as well as numerous other awards. The 2015 was rich in significant events for the famous architect, for example, one of his retail concepts - KIKO MILANO won the BEST RETAIL GLOBAL EXPANSION category at MAPIC, and on April 25 of the same year, the Marconi Foundation and the Marconi Creativity Institute awarded him the Marconi Prize for Creativity - in recognition of his creative abilities.

With a world-class architect, we have jointly implemented an interesting project House on the Lake. And it is interesting for its area of 1000 sq.m. and number of floors - one floor. The task was not easy, it was necessary to create such a building that it was perceived as a whole. And we decided to make it in the shape of "L", great attention was paid to the orientation of the house, the public areas are in the southwest, and the other wing is used for private areas, the master-bedroom and other rooms. From any place, no matter where you look at the house, you can see it with different eyes, always surprising and not common.
