Truly stylish, cozy, comfortable one-storey house. The materials are very harmoniously combined. The house itself is made of glued laminated timber while the entrance group is decorated with natural stone, and the window frames are an unusual and interesting solution. All Lumi Polar houses have the maximum amount of light thanks to large glass surfaces and Laatikko is no exception.
The layout of the house is carefully thought out and provides a spacious living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, dressing rooms, rest rooms, bathrooms and technical rooms. The highlight of the project is an open and glazed terrace for pleasant family evenings. The house is perfectly integrated into nature.
