Santa Paula is a cozy and timeless classical project with a modern twist. This house with two floors looks very warm and welcoming because of its large gable roofs, windows with lattice bindings, verandas and balconies with balusters. The contrast of the dark facade beams and bright white windows gives to the house a special elegance.

A representative area is located on the ground floor: a cozy living room adjoins a TV area, a compact kitchen combined with dining room. There is also a small guest bedroom (it can also be equipped as an office), a laundry room and a spacious storage room.

The second floor is a place for serene dreams: three bedrooms (one with a dressing room and access to the balcony), two bathrooms, and a big hall that can be used as a library, a gym or a space for games.

The cozy verandas invite you to spend a warm evening with a pleasant conversation. A glass of wine or cup of tea with cherry jam? Everything is appropriate in Santa Paula - because it combines an atmosphere of the Silver Age with fresh modernity!
