The two-storey house was made of a unique glued rounded log R300, the latest non-shrinkable technology in the gables, produced in Finland using advanced technologies and environmentally friendly Swiss glue without phenols and formaldehydes.

The interior of the house is thought out to the smallest detail. On the ground floor there is a spacious, bright living room with a kitchen, a dressing room, a storage space, a utility room, a bathroom, three bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and a large playroom. On the second floor: five bedrooms, where each has its own bathroom, three of them have access to their own balcony and one with its own dressing room, also on the floor there are two workrooms, a bathroom, and a storage room.
