The creative project of the architect Seppo Mäntylä, named after him, is located on the territory of our Gorki Lake village. The total area of the house is 566 sq.m., and the plot area is 11 acres. The exterior walls are made of Finnish Concrette thermomodules. Imitation of timber on the facade harmoniously combines with large glass surfaces, so that there is always a lot of daylight in the house.
The highlight of the project is the location of public areas on the second floor with access to the terrace. Such a design feature allows you to enjoy picturesque views with your family over beautiful breakfasts, delicious lunches and cozy evening gatherings. In addition to a spacious living room and a kitchen-dining room, on the second level of the house there is also a bedroom, a dressing room and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with an ideal location, a study, a storage room, two wardrobes, 4 bathrooms, a SPA area with a sauna, a laundry room, and a technical room.
