Lowrance does not distract from the beauty of the nature - the compact one-story house looks like a natural continuation of the site. Laconic forms and lines are set off by a flat roof, an interesting play of textures, materials and colors. Panoramic glazing equalizes the representative areas, while the private areas are safely hidden from the outsiders. There garage for two cars is adjoined to the house.
Despite the external compactness, Lowrance has an impressive functionality of the rooms: there are five bedrooms! The master bedroom with bathroom and wardrobe is located in the one wing, in opposite of the kitchen combined with dining and living room. Other four small cozy bedrooms with bathrooms are in the other part of the house. A large area for recreation and relaxation includes a sauna and a shower room. The house also has a study and several utility rooms. House has also three terraces where you can have a cup of coffee in the morning, relax in a deck chair or prepare a delicious barbecue.
