The modern, laconic Dominanta house from Lumi Polar has two levels and can be made in light, brown and dark shades of facades.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining room, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and dressing rooms, a sauna with a relaxation room, a bathroom, technical rooms, as well as a garage and a covered parking. The second floor provides three bedrooms and a master bedroom with a large dressing room and a bathroom. In the courtyard of the house you can arrange a dining group and enjoy family gatherings in the fresh air. At the entrance to the house there are massive columns, which give an interesting complexity and presentability to the architecture of the house. The stone building looks impressive, has the correct geometry of forms at its core as well as an understated multi-pitched roof with wide cornices which visually enlarge the house.
